Michael Bekins is a recognised authority on the leadership issues confronting global organizations that operate in fast-growth, rapidly changing markets. Bekins has lived and worked in eight countries on four continents, serving in a variety of global and regional leadership roles. He has served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Sol-Millennium Medical, a fast-growing global medical devices company based in Chicago, where he partnered with the senior leadership team to grow revenues almost ten times during his tenure. Previously, held senior positions with Korn Ferry, including President-Asia, President-Europe, and EVP/Chief Operating Officer. His conversations with thousands of executives have shaped his perspectives on life, work, career, and leadership success. His passion has been to understand the qualities that make for truly meaningful careers and help people achieve fulfillment in their jobs. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BS from Pepperdine University, and an executive coaching certification from Columbia University.
