Jitu Arora has 25+ years of experience in senior positions in the areas of Enterprise Risk, Operational Excellence, Operational Resiliency, Information Security, Governance and Ethics, Board Oversight and Business Transformation, supporting various businesses like Retail Banking, Consumer Cards, Investment Banking, Corporate Cards, Insurance, Payments, Asset Management and Asset Servicing.

Jitu is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of the boutique consultancy firm, Beyond RisX, that provides consulting services on variety of enterprise risk and governance areas to organizations with the underpinning of technology to manage their risk proactively. Prior to his current role, he was heading the Enterprise Risk functions for fortune 100 companies like State Street, Credit Suisse and American Express.

Jitu is passionate about helping organizations in building and transforming their risk functions using technology and managing risk proactively. Jitu is also a prolific speaker and has been invited to multiple forums to talk about Risk Management, Mentoring, Corporate Governance, and Information Security.

Jitu is an educator at heart and deeply cares about developing, coaching and mentoring leaders. He is very actively engaged with many colleges and institutions to help bridge the academia- corporate gap by providing strategic inputs to ensure students are equipped with the skills needed for them to be successful when they join the workforce. Jitu is also big advocate of encouraging diversity and inclusion at workplace and mentors and coaches leaders, students, women executives and professionals at workplace and outside.

Jitu holds MS in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani and has an executive MBA from Cornell University. He is also a certified fellow of Institute of Risk Management (IRM), London and Certified Corporate Director and Fellow Member of Institute of Directors. Jitu is also a member of Strategic Advisory board of IRM India and Executive Fellow of Woxsen University. He also serves as coach and mentor to multiple startups in India.
