Bekins has lived and worked in eight countries on four continents, serving in various global and regional leadership roles. He served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Sol-Millennium Medical, a fast-growing global medical devices company based in Chicago. During his tenure, he collaborated with the senior leadership team to increase revenues ten times. Previously, he held senior positions with Korn Ferry, including President of Asia, President of Europe, and EVP/Chief Operating Officer. His conversations with thousands of executives shaped his perspectives on life, work, career, and leadership success. His passion has been to understand the qualities that create truly meaningful careers and help people achieve job fulfillment. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BS from Pepperdine University, and executive coaching certification from Columbia University.
